Cancellations and refunds are only possible if the golf course has decided to "close" due to local weather conditions. If a customer changes their mind and cancels due to rain, refunds will not be granted. Customers will be required to wait on-site on the day of their reservation.

Is it possible to make a reservation for a single round (single player)?

Yes, partially. However, depending on the golf course's policies and season, a single-person reservation may require a join. If you wish to play a round alone without joining a group, additional fees (such as the difference in cart and caddy fees for two people) may apply.

How do I pay for the non-included items, such as caddy fees, tips, and cart fees, locally?

Caddy fees and cart fees are generally paid at the golf course front desk upon check-in. Caddy tips are paid in local currency directly to the caddie after your round. Inclusions vary depending on the tour package, so be sure to check your reservation confirmation.
